Welcome to another Dome tutorial, this video will give you an overview of the court details section within the additional information tab.
This section allows you to manage and update the court details for an offence. You can update multiple fields relating to court information either manually or automatically through the workflow. The fields include ‘court type’ which identifies why the offence is in the court process, for example, high speeding or a disqualified driver. The court status field explains where in the court process the offence is so for example ‘court file created’ or ‘file closed’.
