Welcome to another Dome tutorial, this video will give you an overview of the ticket information section within the additional information tab.
This section contains information that has been recorded by an officer who has issued a paper ticket from a ticket book or handheld electronic device. It is also commonly used by our Environmental Enforcement customers who issue tickets for offences such as littering and fly tipping. It will hold information such as: the location name, offender address details, ticket and offender notes, and statements. Manual changes can be made if required and saved by clicking on the ‘accept additional info’ button.
