StarTraq DOME features a graphical workflow engine that drives administration processes from start to finish. Workflow is built on customisable rules that contain conditions and actions. Actions are only triggered when the conditions for that action are met. For example, the condition could be “the speed is between 35 and 42 miles per hour” and the corresponding action could be “automatically generate a driver education offer letter”. Because workflow changes are made in a graphical interface very little training is needed for users to make changes.
