License Plate Recognition Software

The DOME LPR software automatically loads offence data from the images generated by enforcement cameras into the database. License plate recognition (LPR) is performed if a camera does not provide its own LPR check or if a secondary LPR check is required.

DOME LPR will automatically poll through the evidence directories, scanning through each film searching for any offences in that film which have not been processed. LPR will automatically upload any new offences directly to the DOME database server.
