Allow offenders to submit an admission online, saving the need for time consuming paperwork

StarPortal allows members of the public to submit an admission online, if legislation allows it. They can submit an admission using an online ‘step by step’ form. As part of the online admission process, StarPortal can validate an offenders driving licence details if required.
