StarGo consists of three modules, a ‘Customer Licensing Application Portal’, ‘Back Office Licensing Software’ and a ‘Mobile Inspection and Enforcement Application’.
The ‘Back Office Licensing Software’ gives authority staff access to all application and account information in one solution.
Users can review all application information, including supporting documents such public liability insurance, drawings and plans. Applications can be accepted or rejected by the back office staff at the click of a button. Automated email correspondence is sent to an applicant or more bespoke correspondence can be created using the in-built emailing tool. Payments can be made via the authority’s existing payment provider or by interfacing to any other world leading payment gateway.
Administrators and managers have access to a comprehensive reporting suite that allows them to run in-depth reports on any field held within the system.
Licence or permit information can be exported to the DfT Street Manager system via API if needed.
