StarTraq operates beyond the UK to provide Police forces and local authorities around the world with its cloud based, and vendor independent, back office software application, the DOME (Dynamic Offence Management and Enforcement).
The DOME been designed for the processing of different camera generated offences or officer issued tickets e.g. speeding, red light running, parking, seat belt, mobile phone usage, level crossing, banned turns and bus lane infringements. StarTraq also provides local authorities with software to digitally transform their permits and licensing operation.
StarTraq is constantly investing in new technologies to help police and local authorities to digitally transform their processes as part of a ‘smart cities’ initiative. Following its huge success in the UK market, StarTraq is introducing its future proof technology to enforcement agencies worldwide. By listening to customers’ needs StarTraq is developing innovative technologies to increase functionality, improve efficiency and adapt to the ever-changing IT landscape.
