DOME – Cloud based enforcement software

The Dynamic Offence Management and Enforcement (DOME) back office software from StarTraq is a fully cloud-based ticket processing solution that enables the police and local authorities to process multiple offence types generated by enforcement cameras, paper tickets or handheld electronic devices.

Documents are stored digitally, and the system can track and report on the progress of a ticket from initial capture through to payments, point allocation, driver education and court if necessary. The DOME can be delivered online which means limited internal IT resources are required for deployment.

Predominantly the DOME is used for speed enforcement but as a cloud based enforcement software solution it can be adapted to process any offence type e.g. speed enforcement, red light running, bus lane infringements, distracted driving and illegal mobile phone use etc. In the traffic enforcement arena, DOME can be used to provide a single back office solution for the processing of all road traffic violations.
