11. Offence History Tab Overview (1:14)

Back to tutorials

Welcome to another Dome tutorial, this video will give you an overview of the offence history tab.

The offence history tab is an audit history for a selected offence. It will give you the ability to see any changes that have been made to an offence or the offence process. It will also show you who has accessed the offence in the past.

An offence’s history is organised into rows. These rows are expandable, so you can view more detail about the changes that have been made. Please note the symbols on each row. These show you the different kinds of changes that have been made to the record. A full list of these symbols and their meanings can be found in the change view cog wheel.

The menu across the top of the tab is for customising what information you wish to see and how much of it. The options include:

  • Buttons to collapse or expand history rows
  • Sorting options by date
  • Selecting the number of rows you wish to see at one time
  • And finally, select what history you wish to see.
