Welcome to another Dome tutorial, this video will give you an overview of the officer section within the additional information tab.
This section contains information on the officer who issued the ticket. This includes an officer’s name, department, organisational unit, location, and rank. The information here is held against the Ticket officer so can be updated when the Officer number is changed.
