Welcome to another Dome tutorial, this video will give you an overview of the offence info section within the additional information tab.
This section contains information on the offence properties, including offence type, offence code, and offence description. If any changes to the offence information are required, they can be updated here and saved by clicking on the ‘accept additional info’ button.
This section also holds the passcode needed by the public to view their offence information online via our public viewing system, StarPortal.
The Dome allows for custom fields to be added to hold data specific to a customer. These custom fields, once added, will be displayed here.
