Welcome to our StarGo back-office video tutorials. This video will give you an overview of the reports menu in the back office.
The reporting menu allows users to create reports using all the fields within the system.
To access the reports functionality, users need to click on the ‘Reports’ menu in the top right corner.
Displayed will be the report builder. Users have to use the dropdown menus ‘Licence fields’, ‘Account fields’, ‘Amend fields’ and ‘User fields’ to build a custom report. A more in-depth tutorial on how to build a report is available.
Users can also select a pre-made report from the ‘Select saved report’ dropdown menu.
