Welcome to our StarGo back-office video tutorials. This video will demonstrate an overview of the ‘Account history’ tab.
The account history tab contains a complete audit trail of an account’s activity. Users will be displayed a full list of actions performed on an account. Users can use the search box to find audit results on particular licence applications more quickly. The ‘date’ dropdown filter allows users to filter results on specific date parameters. The ‘Action type’ dropdown filter enables users to filter results by what action was performed on the account, such as ‘licence updated’ or ‘document created’.
Each customer account will have its own history log.
