Welcome to another Dome tutorial, this video will give you an overview of the ‘Classification’ sub menu.
This menu allows system administrators and managers to add, edit or delete classifications in the system.
Classifications are used as labels to be added to an offence. Like ‘Document types’ they can be used in the printing process to trigger workflow rules. An example of this would be creating a classification of ‘Reminder NIP’ and then using that classification in a workflow rule condition to print a particular document template. It also allows you to clearly see where in the process the offence is in the Dome.
