Dashboard Reporting: Using Graph Parameters (01:23)

Back to tutorials

Welcome to another Dome tutorial, this video will give you an overview of using the graph parameters functionality within dashboard reporting in the Dome.

Graph parameters are a set of options that users, managers or administrators can select to customise the information shown on a particular dashboard.

Not every dashboard has graph parameters, only charts with the ‘cogwheel’ icon will be customisable.

For the purposes of this video, we will be using the ‘Total Manual Work Done’ chart.

To access the graph parameters, click the ‘cogwheel’ icon.

Displayed are the available options for this chart. This chart will show you an overview of the work done by your central ticketing office or by a selected user or permission group.

Select either a permission group or user or click the ‘Show total for all users’ button to select whose work to view.

The ‘Select action type’ drop-down gives you the option to choose one or multiple actions performed by your selected user group. You can also click on ‘select all’ to display all action types.

Before confirming your graph parameters you will need to select a date range that you want your displayed information to cover.

Click the ‘save’ button to display your results.
