Welcome to our customer portal video tutorials. This video will show you how to make payments for applications requiring payment.

The look of your portal may be slightly different to the portal shown in this video. The steps taken will be the same.

To begin, click on the ‘Applications requiring payment’ button. This will display any applications that currently have outstanding payments on them. You can make a payment for all outstanding applications or just make a payment for an individual application. To select which applications to pay, check or uncheck the checkbox to the left of the application. You may wish to cancel an application, to do this, click the ‘trash’ icon to the right of the application. This will remove the application from your account.

Click the ‘Proceed to payment’ button to be taken to the payment portal. Complete the required details and click the ‘Continue’ button. A summary of the payment information will be shown. Click the ‘Confirm payment’ button to make your payment.

Please ensure you do not leave the web page or close your browser before seeing the payment confirmation window.

Confirmation emails will be sent to confirm the payment.
