We are delighted to announce that Durham Constabulary continue to invest in the latest road safety technology by renewing with StarTraq for a further three years.
Durham Constabulary went live with our browser-based back office solution, DOME in August of 2020. DOME allows all road traffic offences captured by either fixed or mobile enforcement camera to be verified and processed. DOME includes a comprehensive review suite and a full document management module. This means the whole lifecycle of an offence can be managed within the system.
Durham Constabulary also use StarTraq’s online nominations and admissions portal, StarPortal. StarPortal enables recipients of a section 172 to login and view the related offence evidence such as images, video and documentation. StarPortal allows offenders to either nominate another driver or submit an online admission of guilt.
The renewal was achieved via the G-Cloud framework.
