The Metropolitan Police Service went live with our DOME back-office software at the end of March 2020. The project is a key part of the ‘Vision Zero’ strategy, set by the London Mayor, TfL and the MPS, to reduce road casualties. MPS have chosen the full suite of software from StarTraq so that they can significantly increase their processing capacity.
West Yorkshire Police have replaced their public access system with our StarPortal solution. StarPortal allows the public to access their evidence online through a computer, tablet or smartphone and nominate another driver/company if necessary. It also integrates with PentiP which means any police force can deploy this stand-alone product regardless of whether they use StarTraq’s or Cubic’s adjudication suite. 50% of police forces who utilise public portals have contracted with StarTraq to supply StarPortal.
