We are very pleased to share that our business relationship with Cardiff Council is growing, We are currently in the test phase of a new applications solution for Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS).
Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) are designed to reduce the potential impact of new and existing developments with respect to surface water drainage discharges. If a property developer or property owner wish to put a SuDS into their property they have previously had to complete a paper application. This is a time consuming process both for the applicant and the back office teams at the council.
Using our permits and licensing solution, StarGo, we have been able to develop a new application process for SuDS. This means that the applications can be completed online from either a computer or mobile device. Applicants can save their process and return to it at a later date. Application information is also sent directly to the StarGo back office solution for review. This eliminates manual entry and human error from re-keying of information.
Once the application is in our back office, tasks such as approving or rejecting an application can be handled with the click of a button. The creation of any correspondence can be done in the system and all actions performed are recorded for historical purposes.
