Dome has a comprehensive document management solution (DMS)

The Dome has a comprehensive document management solution (DMS). Dome will store all documents associated with a record including all offence notices, inbound/outbound correspondence and miscellaneous documents such as camera calibration certificates and location maps. The DMS also stores images, videos, scanned documents, and recorded voice calls; all catalogued to the respective violation or case. Comments can also be recorded against any offence record.

An average of 10% of cases go to court and it can take up to  45min to manually prepare a court file.  With the Dome it can be printed at the touch of the button or uploaded electronically and immediately if an interface to the courts system is available.
