violations. StarDocs is a generic
document handling facility to scan, OCR, store and generate documents related
to traffic violations. StarDocs is an add-on to the current StarTraq system.
With StarDocs, the StarTraq functionality will now cover the entire violation
workflow process from analyzing the capture media to managing documents sent and
received from offenders.
The historically onerous task of processing
the returned information from the offenders is replaced by a flexible workflow
system that can present all the related information of an offender in an instant.
Overview of how StarDocs works: - Violation
details are accumulated using the StarTraq Image Processing System.

generates, bulk scans, archives and retrieves all documents concerned with each
offence.

by a versatile workflow system.

is required, it is done as the document is scanned.
