Web viewing
Modules have been developed to allow drivers to view their own offence evidence online via a secure log-in rather than correspond manually with the Police. The calibration certificates relating to the respective camera and site diagrams are available on the web, as well as images of offences. This reduces the number of number of FO3 requests for administration to reply to.

Completion of forms can also be conducted and submitted electronically utilising the secure web functionality, which further reduces the burden and cost of administration.
