The StarTraq Technical Support team offers a friendly and responsive service to our customers:
- specialized call centre during clients’ office hours
- remote access used where possible
- on-site support to resolve hardware or configuration issues
We offer training to both users and management, delivered either on-site or in our custom-built training environment.
