What is required of you as a StarTraq Partner?

• Finding and selling StarTraq services to customers, whether they are your existing customers or new customers;
• Creating and managing customer accounts, ensuring that everything is carried out efficiently and to schedule in order to hit agreed "Go Live" dates.
• Providing first line support to your customers.
• Informing StarTraq and delivering specifications whenever there may be a need to create customer interfaces to police databases.
• Invoicing and Payments; you will own the relationship with your customer, so you will be responsible for invoicing and payments. StarTraq will invoice you directly.
• Integrating StarTraq Dome with your own offering to your clients to provide a complete enforcement solution: for example, camera manufacturer/resellers can offer a back-office solution with their cameras.
• Trusted partners will play the key role in acting as inteface between StarTraq and the end customer..
